The Future of Energy: New Technologies and Their Impacts for Human Development

On April 25, 2024, HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge will organise the roundtable ’The Future of Energy: New Technologies and Their Impacts for Human Development’.

The event will gather researchers and experts focusing on the emergence and effects of new energy technologies. These issues are analysed within one of the projects of the Human Capital multidisciplinary research centre — ’Foresight of New Energy Technologies and Assessment of Their Effects on Human Health and Quality of Life’. The project is led by Liliana Proskuryakova, Head of the HSE Research Laboratory for Science and Technology Studies, who will moderate the roundtable.

The discussion is organised in the framework of a research grant funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (grant ID: 075-15-2022-325).

  • Energy equality in planning and expansion of energy technologies
