HSE’s Cutting-Edge Foresight-Studies Recognized at the BRICS Cooperation Meeting in Brazil
Under Brazilian Presidency in BRICS the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Brazil (MCTI) hosted an international seminar on Technological Foresight. Strategic themes that include climate change and artificial intelligence were discussed for prospecting possible futures in the field of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI). Russia was represented by Professor Alexander Sokolov, Deputy Director of the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
