The Programme Committee of the XXVI April International Academic Conference is chaired by Fuad Aleskerov, Head of the HSE Faculty of Economic Sciences’ Department of Mathematics, Director of the International Centre of Decision Choice and Analysis, and HSE University Tenured Professor.

For the first time the conference programme features a poster session, as well as an associated event. The conference sessions will be held in Russian or English or in both languages with simultaneous interpretation. The conference will be held mainly in an on-site format, while some of the sessions and reports will be held online.

Fuad Aleskerov, Chair, XXVI April Conference Programme Committee

HSE University is hosting the XXVI April International Academic Conference. The April Conference was first conceived many years ago as a platform for scholars engaged in academic research in the field of economics and social development, and, over all the ensuing years, it has successfully proven itself as a key annual event where participants discuss and address a wide range of fundamental questions and research findings that have critical relevance for the world community. I wish all of you successful participation in the conference proceedings, and hope you enjoy informative report presentations and stimulating discussions with your colleagues.
