ISSEK Published a Navigator on Foresight Methods

The book “Foresight: methods and practices” is a methodological guide for Foresight studies and forecasts development, in which 28 methods of the future studies are clearly described and analyzed. The issue continues a publication series on Foresight methods and expands a range of tools offered to use. The book addresses to specialists using Foresight for medium- and long-term forecasting.

International Research and Educational Foresight Center of HSE University Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) jointly with National Centre of Science, Technology and Socio-Economic Foresight published the second edition of book “Foresight: methods and practices”, which describes the most popular methods of the future studies, stages of their implementation, necessary resources, advantages and limitations, their compatibility and complementarity, as well as provides Russian and international cases of successful research. The new edition has been supplemented with 15 new methods based on advanced research and practical expertise of ISSEK and key global Foresight centers.
